As we've a lot of information and pictures we can now start to contact some organizations.
We can ask for advice and help furthermore it might be possible to work with them together in a project.
One can contact the "Förderverein für Gesunfheit" (www.shimshal-gesundheit.de), an other one can contact the "Bildungsverein" (www.shimshal.de/index1.html) and the last one contacts the Karakuram Area Development Organization (from which I am not having the adress at the moment)
