I recived the questionaire format from you and i think it is simple and easy to be carryout. But i need some clearification about that format, what should be the title of the questionaire and should we need to put the name of the respondent on the form or not? I think this questionaire shall be filled only from the students who are in shimshal.
Please let me know soon about the above mentioned questiones.

In any case the names shouldn't be on it as a survey normally is anonymous.

I'm still thinking on what could I do for Shimshal. The Hounza Orgaization didn't contact me any more. I'd like to come up with some kind of proposal. Does anybody have an idea?

AntwortenLöschenI realy appriciate your thinking for shimshal and am very much optimistic that you can.... Regarding to the Hunza Development Organization you dont need to rely more because it has limitation in their activities as i am working here. Lets have a clear direction that what you and your team can do for shimshal then we can have a better idea to decide whith what kind of organization we can use to work with.
I am going to shimshal and have printed the copies of questioaire which i will take with me and will fill that there. By the end of the month i will be able to share it with you.

AntwortenLöschenyes, that is what we really need a clear direction. How do you think about selling handmade products from Shimshal in a Third World Shop in Eichstätt? I ask myself why not to ask them. But I need to know what Shimshal offers...
Another idea is to work on a partnership between cities Eistätt and Shimshal. I guess it would make Shimshal much more known and it could profit from that. What do you think about that?

AntwortenLöschenI think Saskia´s idea is a good one, but I´m worrying about the shipping of the products as Shimsal is difficult to reach. But if we managed it, it certainly would be a good chance for Shimsal to get help and attention from at least a small part of the rest of our world.
A partnership could also be a nice idea, but the development will endure a long time. So we have to start with small steps. I think it´s the most important for now to make people pay attention to Shimsal - maybe through a website? But we need to be linked to better known ones, such as the site of the city Eichstätt or the University´s homepage.
